Russell's Paradise: A Paradise in a Nook

Nestled in Yallahs, St. Thomas, close to the beach is the Russells Paradise Beach Resort. Russells is known as one of the hot spots in St. Thomas, offering not just food to savor and enjoy, but karaoke for your evening muse, a pool to swim your troubles away, and a resort to take that well-needed break after that drive to the parish. Russell’s overlooks the beach and boats. With a view of the fishermen bringing their boats in or out. Russell’s offers an ambiance and a view that depicts nothing short of peace, whilst you enjoy your meal.

Additionally, Russell’s has an array of options on its menu. They cater to your breakfast, lunch, and dinner cravings. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming, simple, and elegant. Upon arriving at the restaurant, you are greeted with warm hospitality. The restaurant offers you the option of dining indoors or outdoors, which can be seen as a plus or advantage if you want a cool night breeze whilst you dine or the simple comfort of indoor dining.

What makes this restaurant a great choice is its variety, for both meat lovers and vegetarians. We ordered a chicken wrap, wings, and glasses of Pina Colada. The meals all came on time.

Barbeque Chicken Wings

                                               

Scrumptious, luscious, and spicy are a few words that can be used to describe this dish we

ordered as an appetizer. You might be thinking, barbecue wings aren’t anything new.

However, this restaurant aims to please and present barbecue wings in a different light. The

wings are an amazing and tender mouthwatering blend of sweet and tangy juices, easily

falling off the bone with each bite.

Chicken Wrap

                                   

This dish is a warm and delicious masterpiece wrapped in a soft flatbread rolled to

perfection. It contains a melting pot of spices where each bite is an explosion of love due to 

the equally proportioned chicken, vegetables, and spices. This dish will have you craving 

more. To add, the side of warm fries and coleslaw will have you filled with immense joy and 

happiness as you would have gotten your money’s worth.

Pina Colada

                                          

Ever heard of the song by Rupert Holmes called Escape (The Pina Colada Song)?

“If you like Pina Coladas and gettin' caught in the rain…”

Coconut cream and pineapple juice are the ideal combinations. This drink harmonizes the 

tangy taste of pineapples with the sweetness of the coconut. To culminate the night this 

drink left me with a refreshing sense of comfort, and escape.

I must say that Russells was a tropical and serene experience of a lifetime. It's FOODIELICIOUS approved!

I do recommend, bringing a swimsuit on your visit to this Yallahs hotspot, the water is quite tempting.
