Tropical Vibes Restaurant: Good Food, Good Mood!

Located in a small district of Lititz, St. Elizabeth,  though not overlooking the warm shimmering sea, is a charming and friendly restaurant called 'Tropical Vibes'. The exterior is quite picturesque, with hanging plants and a lit-up sign that says 'Tropical Vibes'. The interior is very cozy, with small round tables, colorful chairs, and low-hanging lights that were perfectly dimmed, setting the right mood and atmosphere for dining. It is the perfect place for the family to chill and have a great time.

The waitress greeted us with a warm welcome and provided excellent customer service.
After directing us to a table, she gave us a menu, and there was an excellent balance of
seafood, red meat, and poultry on the menu, with options like fish, shrimp, chicken, and
lobster. The questions on everyone’s minds after visiting a restaurant are, What to eat and
will the food tastes good?  With those questions in mind, I ordered the Sweet and Sour Fish
fillet with Mashed Potatoes. When the food arrived the scent was amazing.

The fish was well-cooked, juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection. The sauce was the perfect mix of sweet and savory. The Mashed Potatoes were soft, and buttery and had a fluffy texture and a slightly salty taste. The gravy was flavorful and a perfect complement to the mashed potatoes. I must say the food was finger-licking good. To top it off, I had a nice refreshing glass of Lemonade and a cup of Strawberry Vanilla Ice cream for dessert.

Of course, we could not leave after such a succulent meal without having a drink. ‘Mi cyah hol’ mi liquor’, Therefore I ordered the Virgin Margarita which tasted as good as the real thing with a very salty, and sour taste, which I really liked.  I really enjoyed the fact that I was able to drink and not worry about a hangover the next day. The only problem that I had with the Virgin Margarita was that it was a bit too sweet for my taste, and I would have liked it to be a bit more tart.

I had a great time at Tropical Vibes; good food, laughter, and great friends. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an exciting and secluded experience at a reasonable price. However, I would recommend that the wait time for the food be improved as the wait time was a bit too long.

All in all, ‘Tropical Vibes’ is FOODIELICIOUS approved.
